1 NOTIFICATION OF MOVING-IN (Tennyu-todoke)

If you have moved into Yaizu City from other municipality, please make a notification at City Hall within 14 days from the date you moved in.  (You cannot submit notification before moving to Yaizu city.)

Person eligible to make this notification

  • The person who moved in or his/her household member

Items to bring

  • Residence card
  • Certificate of moving-out（issued by the city, ward, or town hall of the place where you had moved out）

 

2 NOTIFICATION OF MOVING (Tenkyo-todoke)

If you have moved within Yaizu city, please submit notification to City Hall within 14 days from the date you started living at your new address.  (You cannot submit notification before living at your new address.) 

Person eligible to make this notification

  • The person who moved or his/her household member

Items to bring

  • Residence card   
  • Items issued by Yaizu City such as a national health insurance card and child medical care certificate etc.

3 NOTIFICATION OF MOVING-OUT (Tenshutsu-todoke)

If you are going to move to another municipality, please submit notification of moving out before moving out and receive the issuance of the “certificate of moving out” at Yaizu City Hall. You can take this procedure from approximately 14 days before your moving-out day.

Person eligible to make this notification

  • The person who moves out or his/her household member

Items to bring

  • Residence card 
  • Items issued by Yaizu City such as a national health insurance card and seal certificate,child medical care certificate etc. 

4 WHEN YOU ARE LEAVING JAPAN

If you are leaving Japan, please submit a “notification of moving-out” to Yaizu City Hall before you departure. 

You need to submit it even if you are leaving Japan temporarily.

Person eligible to submit this notification

  • The person who are leaving Japan or his/her household member

Items to bring

  • Residence card
  • Items issued by Yaizu City such as a national health insurance card, seal certificate and child medical care certificate
